Proofs and revisions

You are responsible for the proof reading of all digital PDF proofs sent to you. We will not commence the printing of your order until we have received confirmation from you, with reference to the correct proof to proceed with.

You can make up to 2 lots of changes to your design (original proof plus 1 change) Any revisions required after this will be charged at £35 each.
Please note: Printed colours will always differ very slightly to that of a computer screen. We advise you to order an unpersonalised sample beforehand. We are more than happy to send a custom coloured design after a deposit or the full amount has been paid.


It can take anything between 2 to 8 weeks depending on the level of customisation required to your stationery, the amount of revisions required and your response times to proofs that are sent. You will be updated throughout this process.

Once you have placed your order, we will contact you by email to obtain all your wedding details, so we can begin personalising you stationery. Once we have all the required information from you, we will get started on your designs on the date given when you booked in. An electronic proof of your design will be sent at this time. Updates to your designs after the first proof take between 2-5 days. Once you have given us the final approval to print, your stationery will be printed and dispatched within 10 -14 working days via a 24-48hr tracked service. 

Cancellations, Refunds, returns

Wedding stationery orders will not be eligible for cancellation or refund after final proofs have been approved. Once you have provided your final approval to the drafts of your wedding stationery order, we cannot accept returns due to errors. By approving your final proof you accept responsibility for the information, wording and layout. If any errors are discovered after this point, a charge of £35 per hour will be charged plus cost of materials, printing and postage.

Any damaged or faulty goods must be notified to us by email within 3 days of receipt. We will require you to return any or all damaged/faulty goods before a replacement / refund is issued.


Prints and gifts are sent by Royal Mail first class post. Gifts over £20 will be sent by Royal Mail first class signed for post.
All Wedding Stationery orders will be sent by UPS 24 courier or Royal Mail first class signed for post.
