RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please get in touch is you are unhappy with a product you have received. After 28 days you will no longer be eligible for a refund or a re-print of a design.

Personalised items cannot be returned however they can possibly be re-printed. If the customer made the error then the reprint and postage cost will be with the customer. If the error is due to the designer then Katie Sue Design Co will cover the cost of re-printing and postage. A final design proof is always sent before print on wedding and event stationery to avoid errors. Once it is signed off the design/s is/are sent to print.

Personalised prints are made within 48 hours of ordering. A design proof would not usually be emailed over before print, unless requested. If the wording was entered incorrectly when ordering then the customer is not eligible for a refund. If the designer made the error then another will be reprinted and sent at no cost to the customer.

If the customer received a damaged item. Contact Katie Sue Design Co straight away. Please keep the parcel as you received it and please do not discard any of the packaging. Large orders are covered by insurance.

Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the seller).
