Katie Sue Design Company takes your privacy very seriously.

The data you provide via email and through the KSDC website is used only by KSDC. Only KSDC have access to this information. The data includes your name, address, email address, telephone number (if you wish to provide this), date/s and venue/s of your wedding or event. The printing companies KSDC use all adhere to the GDPR and each have up to date privacy policies. The printer companies will only view artwork, therefore they will only have access to the information you give KSDC permission to use on your design. Your printed order is always sent directly from the KSDC studio therefore your address is kept private. Should it ever be sent from another company for urgent reasons then you will have to provide written permission for this.

This information can be deleted from the KSDC computer system at any time. You can request this to be removed at any time by email.

Your stationery may be used online either on the KSDC company website or their social media platforms. Address, telephone numbers and email address are always covered.

Occasionally, previous designs are shown at wedding events and sent out in sample packs. Addresses, email addresses and phone numbers are never shown.

Your personal data is kept until your design completion date. It is then archived for one year. After two years it is deleted from the KSDC records.
